Domestic Violence
Domestic Violence can be in the form of physical or sexual assault as well as psychological and emotional abuse and includes coercive and controlling behaviour as well as stalking behaviour. The victim must be or have been married to or in an intimate relationship with the perpetrator or have a familial relationship with the perpetrator.

Domestic Violence is unfortunately occurring all to frequently in our society. Domestic Violence impacts people across all levels of society and is frequently involved in Family Law disputes, particularly where children are exposed to Domestic Violence.
